Dr. Taitz enjoys providing treatment to people who face difficulties in accepting life circumstances and who struggle in making changes they know matter. Often, there is a space between where we are and where we want to be.
Thinking can solve problems, and at times, thinking can also cause a lot of distress. People who struggle with rumination and worry may find themselves stuck in painful mental loops that can get in the way of problem solving or living wholeheartedly. We can wait a long time for our circumstances to be different and may miss opportunities (and feel worse) as a result of putting life on hold.
